Position Summary: The Plant Controller plays a pivotal role within the Plant Management Team. Collaborating with the international executive team and other manufacturing site management teams, this individual evaluates and selects the organization’s strategic objectives. The Plant Controller defines and manages systems to ensure efficient achievement of these objectives. Additionally, they communicate and track financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, while ensuring effective internal controls.
