A multinational Tobacco company is looking for a professional challenger as a Sales Retail Supervisor.

Job Purpose: Monitor, coordinate the team and maximize sales volume from distribution of esse products and their variants to their specific area in the retail distributor's channel to be able to reach (or more) from the sales target set by management.

Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Territory Management.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General in Tobacco or FMCG.
