Job Description Summary

Support the plant operations by developing an effective Plant Accounting Staff as well as assume a leadership

role as a member of the Plant Management Team. Maintain the integrity of the Juarez Plant variance

measurements and reporting by following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), executed within

the appropriate controls. Drive opportunities to improve the operation and/or reduce cost.

Job Description

Administer the policies, procedures, controls, and financial reporting requirements for the facility.
• Safeguarding of assets (inventory, fixed assets, cash, etc.).
• Effectively manage the resources of the Plant Accounting Staff and information Systems Staff

Management not only implies the organization of individual’s tasks for completion in an efficient and

timely manner, but also the direction and development of staff members.
