IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Main Tasks
• Support in the field of workplace, mobile devices and special devices provisioning, installation, configuration, management, disposal
• Administration and operation of tools and processes related with IT support operations
• Front-end with user with on-site and / or remote interaction
• Assignment of tasks within IT projects

Skills
• High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree - preferred in Information Technology
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 online suite
• Excellent knowledge of Italian & English language (spoken, written)
• Efficient communication skills, sociability
• Proactive & innovation mindset
• Accurate and result driven
• Curiosity, flexibility, ability to learn
• Teamworking and collaboration skills
• Interest for digitalization topic

Location: Milan (Italy) - smart working

Contract: staff leasing

Salary range: 26.000 - 28.000 €
