We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our team.

The right candidate will be polite and professional as they will be the first point of contact for all clients arriving in the office. They will answer all incoming telephone calls which includes handling the appointment diary and dealing with various enquiries. It is essential that they have good organisation skills as they will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning various documents as required and ensuring all files are kept up to date with the daily mail, they will also ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times. They will also deal with managing the stationery and stationery orders.

The role will include administrative support as and when required. It is necessary for the candidate to be able to multitask whilst working to a high standard. A good IT knowledge would be beneficial. Training will be given where required.
