Healthcare Talent are recruiting for Registered Nurses (RMN/RGN) to work for our client with hospitals and services based in and around Oxford.

As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and providing a warm and welcoming environment. You will also be working within a transdisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals.

Responsibilities for this role will include:
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Providing healthcare advice through educating patients, carers and families
• Monitoring and reviewing individualised patient plans, within an evidence based framework.
• Utilising clinical expertise to provide skilled nursing interventions.
• Carrying out clinical nursing procedures
• Managing medication as per hospital policy.

As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) you must:
• Provide a current NMC Nursing pin - either RGN or RMN
• Have at least 6 months UK experience
