Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager / Assistant Manager at LongSpoon Pub Co located in Wakefield. The Manager / Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing efficient processes. They will also be involved in inventory management, financial reporting, and maintaining high standards of service. The Manager / Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to achieve business goals and maintain a positive work environment. The Manager / Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining the pubs social media account with daily posts and advertisements.
