The Role - Bars Manager
• Managing the bars and lounge at the venue
• Supervising and encouraging junior members of staff
• Be a Customer Service Champion and lead by example
• Duty Management role
• Driving sales and achieving targets
• Hands on, floor based role

The Person - Bars Manager
• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food, wine, whiskey and cocktail knowledge
