Junior Lawyer (m/f/d) 100%

Aufgaben

Supporting tasks in the field of compliance and risk management:
• Establishment, development and maintenance of internal controls, policies and procedures
• Permanent support and advice in understanding and applying the laws and regulations
• Training and education of the organization in compliance-related topics
• Ensuring external regulatory requirements
• Single point of contact for authorities / regulators (e.g. Polyreg) including
the preparation of files for annual regulatory audit;
• Assist Senior Legal Counsel with various regulatory and KYC related matters;
• Assist management in implementing an organization-wide awareness of compliance-related issues and challenges.

Supporting tasks in the field of legal matter:
• Advising the management and the Board of Directors on all legal matters under Swiss law
