This position will be based out of our London location, reporting to the Service Manager

General and Project Administration:
High volume file management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate
Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
Understanding the various roles of the Service Department to ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person
