• candidate must be fluent in english and hindi
• candidate must have query resolving, client management skills
• candidate must have excellent communication skills
• must know how to deal with customers patiently
• Candidate must have at least 6 months experience in customer support
• bachelor's degree is a must have

• day shift with rotational off
• company will not provide cab facility
• salary structure is between 15k to 16k in hand
