Job Description
• Analyzing problems and obstacles from branch operations.
• Comparing and analysing work situations and business competitors.
• Innovating and developing work processes to keep up with the competitive landscape.
• Controlling the quality of branch operations to align with goals and policies.
• Improving and resolving issues arising from faulty work systems.
Job Specifications
• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in retail business operations.
• GPA 2.7 up (if lower, at least 5 years of relevant experience required).
• Ability to motivate and lead a team, with high leadership qualities.
• Good command of English and e-mail writing.
• Good knowledge and skills in management and standard operating procedures.
• Good personality, excellent communication, strong interpersonal.
