Your Key Responsibilities
• Customer quality management:
• Coordination and handling of customer claims
• Creation of quality claim reports in system
• Coordination of root cause analysis
• Validation of countermeasures effectiveness and feedback to related product owner.
• Creation of claim statistics and initiate countermeasures to achieve target KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering level or technical background
• Professional experience in the field of quality, primarily in the context Automotive Aftermarket
