• Act as the point of contact, manage the franchisees account and developing a solid and trusting relationship between the franchisees and the company;
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company business objectives;
• Supervising and provide guidance to the franchisees within the region and ensure the operation meets the operations KPI;
• Responsible to manage, review, onboarding, offboarding, transfer, merger, and other related tasks of franchisees within the region;
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by franchisees and provide suggestion and improvement plan from time to time;
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for management;
• Responsible for standardizing the operational processes of franchisee within the region, and implementing training in accordance with relevant headquarters standards;
