We are on the lookout for Property Administrators in Port Hedland for a major mining client. Temp 3-6 month position. This is NOT a FIFO role.

Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approx 3-6 months

Pay Rate: $42ph + Super depending on experience

Responsibilities Will Include
• Responsible for the execution of quality timely causal property inspections ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancies Act and policies regarding property access and documentation of communication and expectations to tenants
• Accountable for raising maintenance requests for issues identified through adhoc/routine inspections
