Role/ Job Title: Relationship Manager - Agri Enterprise

Function/ Department: Rural Banking

Job Purpose:

Generate Agri PSL business by targeting Agri Infra, Agri Projects and any other related products developed by Rural banking in designed region. Create lead channel in market for Agri Infra and other Agri products to generate Agri- PSL business for bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Driving sales of Agri - Infra and other Agri SME products, new customers acquisition grows the Agri PSL book.
• Developing micro market and segment related solutions along with product teams to give differentiated proposition to customers.
• Building enabling work environment through capability development of teams by being subject matter expert on Agri Infra and Agri SME solutions.
• Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and processes.
