• are familiar with and have experience in maintaining a wide range of electronic gaming machines
• find faults using diagnostics
• clean and replace equipment and peripheral devices
• quickly analyse and solve equipment maintenance problems, including online/offline systems
• respond promptly, positively and diplomatically to customers
• implement gaming machine moves and conversions
• proactively identify potential equipment maintenance problems and take the necessary action to ensure zero preventable equipment downtime
