ITECO is a joint venture company between Vietnam and partner JAPEX – Japan, is operating in the field of Oil and Gas, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, ITECO and partner JAPEX - Japan are jointly investing and developing the Northern LNG terminal project in Nam Dinh Vu industrial zone, Hai Phong city to supply LNG to the domestic market. Scale of phase 1 project is over 3000 billion VND.

Roles and Responsibilities

(a) Reports to: CEO

(b) Direct reports: Project Management Company (“PMC”)

(c) Responsibility Pre-EPC Award:
• Assist negotiation of EPC contract with selected bidders to obtain the favourable terms and conditions at an agreeable project cost and schedule.
• Assist completion of risk assessment and risk mitigation plan, including identification of suitable capital costs contingency.
