Summary:

Position: Legal Officer

Unit: General Secretariat Office

Location: Sarvodaya Headquarters - Moratuwa

Reporting Relationship: General Secretary (LJSSS)
Qualifications and Experience:

• Be an Attorney at Law with a Notary License to practice in Colombo.
• Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Law will be an added qualification.
• Preferably 3 years work experience in legal practice and/or in a law firm will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Trade Mark Registration Procedure and Company Secretarial Practise.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents/ contracts.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Possess an excellent command of English & Sinhala
