Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Health Worker located in Jos. As a Community Health Worker, you will be responsible for educating and aiding community members in maintaining and improving their health and well-being. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide preventative and curative care and establish healthy behaviors.

Qualifications
• Associate degree in health-related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in community outreach and health education
• Knowledge of healthcare resources available in the community
• Experience with data collection and documentation
• Understanding and respect for diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
