• You identify recruitment needs and process them into clear vacancy texts which you publish internally and externally.
• You manage the vacancy database for blue & some white collar profiles, for all sites in Belgium.
• You proactively search for suitable candidates.
• You process and answer incoming applications and select the right candidates.
• You conduct interviews, provide clear reports and introduce candidates to the hiring managers within Etex.
• You inform recruitment partners of our recruitment needs and make adjustments where necessary.
• You are responsible for our internal referral program.
• You communicate fluently with the various internal and external stakeholders.
• You organize recruitment campaigns and you actively participate in our employer branding. (job fairs, school fairs, employer branding actions, etc).
