Founded in 1998, but with origins dating back to 1935, Bísaro – Salsicharia Tradicional is a company specialized in ham, sausage and other products of animal origin. Installed in Gimonde – Bragança, in the Natural Park of Montesinho, privileged its relation with this magnificent region.

Bísaro – Salsicharia Tradicional has its Quality Management system certified since 2005, according to the norm NP EN ISO 9001: 2008, being also certified according to the norms NP EN ISO 22000: 2005 and IFS – Food.

One of our main objectives is the promotion of sausages and traditional smokestacks from Trás-os-Montes, giving it the necessary quality, guaranteed by the local raw materials. More Detail
