Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Negotiator & Valuer who will be responsible for managing property negotiations, valuations, and sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property valuations and appraisals to determine market value and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers to facilitate successful negotiations.
