Role Description
• Coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and arranging travel logistics.
• Handle all communications on behalf of the CEO, including managing emails, calls, and mail.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and briefs for meetings and business engagements.
• Assist in personal and professional time management to optimize the CEO's schedule.
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
