As a Customer Growth Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
