ABC A unique opportunity has arisen for an Operations Director to oversee our Italian Seating Operations Business Group. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations for Europe & Africa, the Operations Director will assume full P&L responsibility or 5 JIT manufacturing plants within Italy servicing some of Lear’s most premium customer groups. Overseeing an operation with more than 1800 employees and over $500M dollars in annual revenue, the Operations Director will be tasked with achieving all operational and financial objectives relating to Delivery, Efficiency, Quality, Plant P&L and EHS requirements.
