Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Sous Chef - Western at an upscale restaurant located in Kanpur. As a Restaurant Sous Chef - Western, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of Western cuisine in the restaurant. You will collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and adherence to established recipes and standards. Additionally, you will supervise and train culinary team members, manage inventory and food cost, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Western cuisine
• Proficiency in food preparation and presentation techniques
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team
