The Best Connection have an exciting opportunity to join our client Wilson James at London Gatwick Airport as aCustomer Care Agent.You will be a friendly face that holiday makers can depend on at the first step of their holiday, working closely with the Airport Operations Team to support travellers and ensure they have a seamless airport experience.

START DATE IS MAY 2024

Rate of Pay:12.68 per hour

Hours:fall between the times of 03:00am and 15:00pm - flexibility is KEY! Average of 9 to 12 hour shifts.

Shift pattern:5 ON / 3 OFF or 4 ON / 4 OFF

Weekly pay (every Friday)

Overtime available!

Main Duties
• Being professional, polite and courteous at all times.
• Escorting arriving and departing special assistance passengers (along with accompanying family as necessary) through the airport either on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy/caddy as depicted by their categorisation.
