Position: Cluster Manager

Report to: Zonal Sales Manager

Cluster Manager Job Responsibilities:

Cluster Managers work with a company's biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Cluster Manager Job Duties:
• Responsible for driving business category like Mobile, TV, Ecosystem, Laptop and Pad in the respective city/District
• Build Xiaomi brand and drive sales via offline channels
• Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies
• Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the city/District
• Develop a keen understanding of Xiaomi products & how they can fulfil the local consumer needs
• Execute local marketing and brand building strategies
• Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency
