The HRD France is responsible for the alignment and delivery of human resources programs and services to employees and managers in France. This includes working with key internal and external stakeholders (especially both shareholders) at various levels and across cultures to ensure that all HR activities in France are performed in a professional manner and in compliance with the EK Values, the EK Code of Conduct and all regional regulations and laws. The HRD will be an engaging business partner that is able to coach managers, develop teams and cultivate a work environment of agility, growth and innovation. He/she will report directly to the EK Industrial Director and indirectly to the Director of Global Talent & Leadership (located in the US).
