Job Summary:

Under the Supervision of the Deputy Chief of Party - Operations (DCOP - Ops) and the Regional Financial Controller and HR Manager, oversee the financial and HR activities of the Act to End NTDs | East Project in Ethiopia. The Finance and HR Manager will be responsible for the accounting and finance functions required to provide accurate and timely information on the financial status of the programme to the DCOP, regional office, home office and Senior Management Team (SMT). Organize and further develop financial and HR processes, manage the finance and HR officers, and provide coaching and training as required.
