To strengthen the team, we are looking for an additional Customer Support Specialist in Cologne, Germany to join the current team of 8.

The role
• You will be primarily responsible for receiving customer orders and entering them into the Oracle system. You will also process all customer-related inquiries such as shipping requests, complaints, etc.
• Your task includes presales, customer service and aftersales.
