Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Officer at Yaratol & Company located in Lekki.
The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the front desk activities, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries.
The Front Desk Officer will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area, managing incoming and outgoing mails, and providing administrative support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
