Job Summary:

To ensure the development pattern and operational working of the development procedures with a view to realizing the objectives agreed upon for ECCO Thailand, incl. :
• Development of pattern for production
• Standard product and procedures of production
• Information of development patterns is correctly

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the development of the products with following fields and assignments;
• Following plan of development of products is carried out efficacious by following procedures of development and they are finished on time.
• Control and give advice to ensure that the work instruction meets the ECCO standard and it is practical.
• Follow-up and assist the pre-production. Make sure that product meet the agreed standard and solve the problem if they don’t meet the agreed standard.
