Quality and Uptime Service Improvement.
• Daily monitor all pending cases under Technical VORs status and quick decision to support and fix the customer concern vehicles (remote assistance or onsite support).
• Daily monitor the high aging VORs cases under status “Repair Work in Progress” and proactive working with the dealer technician to provide the technical assistance support for all high aging Technical VORs cases.
• New emerging issue related to the quality issue, FSE must support the quality improvement process with the technical data and investigation result providing and sharing to RRT, Plant PVT and Quality Team.

Improve technical communication:
• The FSE to attenddaily new Emerging Issue meeting to sharing an update, escalate new issue and help needed to next level. Decide to do remotely or onsite support dealer technician at dealership.
