Product Support Engineer (Madiun)

Job Description:
• Provide technical assistance to clients who are using the company's products
• Investigate and help clients issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Visit customers with sales team to support them in terms of Product Knowledge, Product Application, installation, and training for users.
• Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs
• Provide training to sales team on how to use the company's products

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Have experiences for at least 2 years as a Product Support handling electrical & mechanical tools
• Experiences to train Sales & User on how to use the products
• Ability to speak and write in English is preferred
• Owned a personal vehicle (car / motorcycle) and an active driving license
