This position is accountable for the overall execution of strategic capital projects supporting LyondellBasell’s core businesses and growth strategy. Leadership of large integrated projects with values between $10 and $100 million, including complicating factors such as new technologies. Complexity is derived from seniority level of stakeholders, number of external organizations engaged, novel execution strategies, fabrication and procurement in varied geographies/locations, and the projects' overall size.
