Job title: Account Receivable Accountant

Department: Finance

Classification: Exempt/Salary

Reports to: Director of Finance - Europe

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

2. 3 years of experience.

3. Knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP system.

4. Written and spoken English.

5. Precise and rigorous with good analytical and communication skills.

6. Organized, autonomous and committed.

7. Belgium based position.

Job Summary:

As part of a team of 3 accountants and under supervision of the chief accountant, you will perform the following tasks for the European business.

Job Duties:

1. Ensure completeness and accuracy of the order to cash cycle (Invoicing, Collection…).

2. Be the point of contact for the business for all customer related matters.

3. Be in charge of financials for e-Commerce.

4. Contribute to the VAT and tax returns submission.

5. Be the right hand of the chief accountant for various G/L and closing activities.
