We are searching for a highly organized and effective recruiter. We require someone who can operate successfully in a fast-paced environment, as well as someone with strong time management and communication abilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and precision.

What’s In It For You -
• Salary: R6 500 – R8 500 per month, depending on experience
• 40 days paid holiday annually - (including bank holidays + extended festive period shutdown)
• Fully remote working

Mandatory Skills – minimum 3 years’ experience in:
• Recruitment experience
• Experience in conducting screening interviews with suitable candidates.
• Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing
• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting: source, identify, assess, interview, and guide a diverse pool of candidates through the recruiting process.
• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their skills and competencies.
