Job Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance department, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
• Help manage inventory and order supplies as needed for the maintenance department
