As a Sous Chef at our private sector establishment in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food production. Your role will involve supervising the food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong culinary skills.
