• Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
• Fluent in English (at least C1)
• Previous Customer Support experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• As a Customer Support advisor your main task will be to support the users through Email and Phone Calls (Inbound/Outbound).
• Maintaining client relationships.
• Getting in touch with clients;
• Contact by telephone and/or e-mail with third parties and International for the purpose of verifying their payment information.
• Management of incoming calls and emails.
