JOB OVERVIEW

The Branch Head will oversee all operational aspects of a premium bath fitting & lighting brand within the designated territory. This role involves leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing staff and financial operations with a focus on increasing the brand's revenue to a target of ₹275 crores. The Branch Head will convert market potential into tangible sales through innovative strategies and provide support to company dealers to exceed their targets by offering value-adding proposals. Additionally, the role demands developing, guiding, and leading the team to achieve over 100% productivity and spearheading the branch as a profit center head in the retail function.
