Signature Personnel Ltd are recruiting for an experienced production supervisor on behalf of our recycling client in Widnes, WA8. Specialising in non-hazardous plastics reclamation, the company are looking for a suitable candidate to join them on a temp-perm contract that will become permanent after a 12-week successful placement.

The role involves the supervision of 6-7 recycling operatives, ensuring targets are met, co-ordinating labour and reporting to the site manager on a daily basis. Knowledge of balers, conveyors, and shredders would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a recycling role and supervisory role within a similar industry. A UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential, as is the fluent speaking and understanding of English, and the ability to provide 2 UK employment references. A FLT counterbalance licence would be an advantage.
