We are currently seeking experienced ground maintenance worker to work with our client in Northumberland. Candidates will be working in a maintenance environment and duties could include;
• Strimming
• Mowing ride on and pedestrian mowers
• Mowing of parkland tractor and topper
• Hedge trimming
• Weeding and ivy removal
• Litter picking
• Watering of lawns, trees and plants
• Leaf and debris blowing and collecting
• Pressure washing of terraces and machinery
• Collecting fallen tree branches
• Loading biomass fuel
• General estate tasks as required from time to time
• Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation

Candidates must have a FULL UK Driving licence as will be using maintenance vehicles More Detail
