RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Development & implementation of the Odol-med3 Brand strategy and Marketing plan for the next 3 years

– in close cooperation with the Brand Lead

– incl. Portfolio Management and Media Planning (with special focus on digital) to drive consumer penetration & brand growth

- P&L Management

- Drive innovation pipeline in collaboration with the global marketing team

- Deliver on Sell In, Sell Out, Market Share, Profit, Shopper Penetration and other important KPIs in line with objectives (incl. budget)

- Innovation, launch execution & launch tracking

- Closely monitoring market & competition performance and preparing market analysis

- Creation of Marketing and Sales presentations
