Maintain and implement office administrative procedures and systems.
Responsible for general affairs activities of the company, including asset control, office equipment, vehicle management, and stationary control (making records, purchases, and payments)...;
Manage employees' welfare & benefits in compliance with company policies such as birthday gifts, and Tet gifts....
Monitor the use of equipment and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and repaired or replaced on schedule.
To book air ticket and accommodation (if any);
Handle monthly payments for office expenses such as stationery, electricity, water ... and other incurred expenses.
Keep the office area clean and organized to create a healthy environment for all employees.
Arrange, and support to prepare and accomplish company events (YEP, teambuilding & CSR program,...);
Responsible for recruitment activities to ensure vacancies are filled promptly as per manpower requests.
