About Our Group

The Customer Technical Support (CTS) for Factory manages overall customer's quality & reliability. We work closely with Customer-SQE, Seagate Customer Qualification and Sustaining, Seagate's HDD Design Center, and HDD manufacturing factory in Thailand and China.

About The Role - You Will
• Being responsible for include customer satisfaction feedback, quality issue escalation and management, successful customer meetings and successful customer audit in HDD manufacturing.
• Work in implementing detailed customer requirements
• Ensure that customers’ needs have been met and the product and/or solution is fully functioning according to specifications
• Lead the customer requirement by conducting meeting with internal and external team to identify issues, determine the root cause , drive corrective action process and obtain corrective action via engineering or factory personnel
