Job Summary

Performs a full range of administrative and secretarial duties for EVP, HDD Suspension Operations and other assigned. Support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature with the highest satisfaction and accuracy in the most efficient manner.

Responsibilities
• Making appointments and arranging meetings by coordinate time management with assistant & outlook calendar.
• Travel arrangement, Air Ticket, Accommodations, and Transportations.
• Handling all communication, answering phone call, and taking message to reply to inquiries and other business correspondence.
• Maintain filing system.
• Prepare a wide variety of correspondence, reports and documents on routine matters for EVP, HDD Suspension Operations acknowledge and signature and maintain effective follow-up system.
• Assist in translation of documents as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by EVP, HDD Suspension Operations from time to time.
