Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Head Chef at The Heritage Hill Limited Partnership located in Nakhon Sawan. The Bakery Head Chef will be responsible for leading and managing the bakery team, overseeing all baking activities, creating new recipes, ensuring high-quality standards, maintaining inventory, and providing training and guidance to the team.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a bakery
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Creative mindset and ability to develop new recipes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
